Charges include processing, packaging and shipping costs. Shippng and delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday 10:00 - 5:00 (Alaska time) and Saturday 10:00-4:00 (Alaska time). Orders received after 4:00 will not be shipped till the next business day. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. If an order cannot be shipped within 48 hours, you will be notified by phone or email. If items are on back order or out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email. If you can not wait for the item, you can request to cancel it. We can also ship partial orders at your request, but we reserve the right to not split up small orders for one shipping price.

US Alaska and Hawaii
Standard shipping is by the US Postal Service priority mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge (see rate table).

International
International shipping rates apply. Our fees do not include duties, value added taxes or custom fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient who will be billed upon delivery.
