For items purchased on alaskites.com or brainplaygames.com,
you can expect the same level of great customer service that you
receive when visiting Northwind Kites and Games. If you are not
completely satisfied with your internet purchase, return it to Northwind
Kites and Games via priority mail with the original Northwind Kites
packing receipt within 30 days from the purchase date. We will gladly
exchange your purchase, repair it or offer you a refund based on
your method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Some items cannot be returned if opened unless there is a manufacturers
defect. These items may include but are not limited to

1. The item you wish to return and all packaging and accessories.
2. The original receipt and/or packing receipt.
3. An explanation for the return and whether or not you want to
exchange the item for other merchandise or if you would like a refund.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will receive
your replacement item within 10 business days after we receive your
return provided the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock,
we will notify you of the expected delivery date. If you are requesting
a refund, your credit card account will be credited with 24 hours
of receiving the returned item(s).
